Classy Parkview Flat

Comfortable stay for a couples city break Positive: We stayed four nights in the apartment. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the Zuid area, next to the lovely park and riverside. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby including a big supermarket. You can walk to the old town in 25 minutes or there are plenty of tram options. The apartment is very nice. Just as in the photos. Perfect for a couple. It is well equipped. It was very warm during our stay so we appreciated the fan in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Really good value. Negative: A couple of minor things. The apartment does not have a door for the bathroom so you need to be comfortable with a lack of privacy! The coffee machine and generous supply of coffee pods is great but there were no coffee cups that fit in the machine. We managed to improvise but something that can be easily fixed.

Nice apartment, loads of stairs Positive: The property has a very comfortable bed and sofa, the kitchen is also good. The location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which can only be reached by very narrow stairs with many steps. The toilet is in open connection to the bedroom, with no door. No privacy nor protection from smells. The property looks into the neighbours apartments and only from an angle you can see the park, not a problem, but not as described.

Positive: Heel vriendelijke en bereikbare hosts

formidabel Positive: mooie locatie op Zuid, parkeren dichtbij, een goede bakker in de buurt voor ontbijt en veel horeca op loopafstand. Een rustige plek. Negative: De traptreden, even opletten met bagage.

Fijn verblijf. Positive: Aangenaam net appartement. En inderdaad smaakvol ingericht. Goed gelegen voor zowel shoppen als voor horeca als voor bezienswaardigheden. Negative: De hoge smalle trap door de minder propere gemeenschappelijke traphal. Jammer dat er een open douche is in de open badkamer... was niet aangenaam warm.
